College Football 27 Gets Gameplay Tweaks, New Uniforms and Dynasty Fix

A new College Football 27 live content update arrived earlier this morning, making a few tweaks to Coach Adjustments and how CPU defenses handle repeated outside runs.

Aggressive Blocking has been toned down with both the blocking bonus and increased risk of Holding penalties removed. Selecting the adjustment will no longer change blocking performance or affect the likelihood of a Holding call. The Aggressive Ball Carrier adjustment was changed as well, significantly reducing the added chance of breaking tackles.

CPU defenses should be a little better at recognizing repeated outside runs now with changes aimed at helping them adjust when an offense keeps going back to the same type of play.

A small title update was released today as well bringing more uniforms to the game. Among the additions are Boston College’s Red Bandana uniform, Missouri’s throwback uniform, the NC State Wolfpack Warriors uniform and Old Dominion’s Camo uniform. There may be a few others included in the update, though an official list of all the new uniforms hasn’t been released.

The team had been investigating an issue preventing some players from accessing their Multi-User Online Dynasty leagues. That fix rolled out today as well. Players won’t need to restart their leagues and should be able to jump back into their existing Dynasties and continue where they left off.
