GTA VI Launch Trailer Unveiled With Music From Justice

Unless you’ve been under a rock for over a decade, you know exactly how much hype and expectation surround Rockstar Games‘ Grand Theft Auto VI. Players have been anticipating GTA VI for so long that they still refuse to believe that it will release this year. However, today Rockstar Games released the GTA VI launch trailer, making its November 19th, 2026 release all but a slam-dunk guarantee.

The latest trailer doesn’t show too much in terms of new things, but it does provide a bit more information about Jason’s background in the military and why he finds himself on the wrong side of the law.

I wouldn’t blame you for avoiding this trailer at all costs, but if you did watch it, you would have heard “Flower in a Hurricane” from Justice feat. Tame Impala, SZA, and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard. The song is a completely original composition specifically for GTA VI. That isn’t too surprising given Rockstar Games‘ history with original songs; Red Dead Redemption 2‘s soundtrack is seared into my brain, and tracks like “Unshaken” and “That’s The Way It Is” remain on my playlist to this day.

Even more interesting news is that French duo Justice, the artists behind this latest original song, are the composers of the entire original score for Grand Theft Auto VI. If “Flower in a Hurricane” is anything to go by, I can’t wait to find out what other bangers they have created for the game when Grand Theft Auto VI releases for PS5 and XBOX Series X/S on November 19th, 2026.
