Pocketpair Outlined the Future of Craftopia – Version 1.0 and Beyond

On September 4th, Pocketpair’s Craftopia celebrated its sixth anniversary, and developers have shared an important milestone: Craftopia will leave Early Access and release into Version 1.0 in 2027.

“It is no exaggeration to say that without Craftopia, Pocketpair as it exists today, and even Palworld, simply would not exist. For the past several years, the Craftopia development team has continued working on updates, fixes, and improvements to the game.”

Although Pocketpair has changed significantly over the last several years, the developers note that they must never forget where it all started: a small group of friends who simply wanted to make fun games. That is the spirit that the game was born from and that shaped the company into what it is today.

Version 1.0 update may not be as focused on sheer content volume as some players might expect. However, there will still be new content arriving alongside Version 1.0, and developers will have more details to share about that in the future. Craftopia Version 1.0 will release on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox on PC alongside the Steam version in 2027.
